Job description:
Scientific Business Manager : Individual Contributor role
• Identifying and mapping key stakeholders in the assigned geography, to implement company’s sales strategies
• Regularly engaging with doctors on a continuous and consistent basis to detail and promote company s products, handle queries and objections and close the call by demanding prescriptions.
• Study various updations in the field of the promoted brands.
• Use various techniques like Therapy discussions, product demonstrations, to covert the doctors
• Adhere to the Sales effectiveness KPIs of call average, frequency, coverage, personal order booking and others
• Conduct Doctor meets, CMEs and Round Table Discussions (RTD) thereby discussing the brands promoted and the benefits of such therapies.
• Arrange for live workshops, demonstrations of procedures and assisting the doctor to adopt the new processes.
• The incumbent has to handle about 8-10 different brands with a few SKUs in each brand. The daily doctor call average expected ranges from 5-7 calls per day.
Experience and Criteria:
• Full-time B.Pharm or a Life Science
• You should have exposure to super-specialty therapy areas like Oncology ; Rheumatology /Dermatology
• Good communication skills
• Good scientific knowledge
• Good Attitude
